About the Product
The best ice is Opal Nugget Ice! Because it's formed from compressed ice flakes, our nugget ice has a chewable, crisp, and airy texture. Our exquisitely crafted countertop nugget ice maker has a big capacity bin that can contain up to 3 pounds of crunch-able nugget ice, which equals 24 pounds of ice per day. It generates one pound of fresh ice per hour and is engineered to prevent ice clumping. The quick output of this countertop ice maker allows you to start enjoying your first batch of ice in less than 20 minutes.
Through the app on your smartphone's built-in Bluetooth connectivity, you can order accessories, schedule fresh ice deliveries, and check the status of your ice maker. Thanks to a clever, automatic ice maker that refills when your ice supply is low, you'll always have fresh ice on hand.

Troubleshooting
- The unit alerts the user to add water even though the water reservoir is already full (by switching the blue light ring on and off) - *Inadequate water flow - refer to page 9 of the descale procedure handbook. Use Caution *Air in water lines - Manual priming of the unit is required to release trapped air. Remove the metal particulate or white water filters. Press your finger at the reservoir exit four times quickly to drive water into the lines.
- Low ice production or unit entering defrost (slowly dropping white light ring) - *Inadequate Cooling - Remove debris and dust from the vent on the left side of the unit when it is turned off. A minimum of 3 inches must be left between the unit and the ice maker's back and side walls to allow for optimal air circulation.
- Hard-water stains in the reservoir, the back wall, or the ice container - *Descale owner's manual, page 9.
